Health checkup vouchers

For services requiring physical presence (like in-clinic health checkups), we provide timely communication, location information, and verification details to ensure you reach us smoothly.

2. Delivery Timelines

Appointment Confirmation

Once your online appointment or teleconsultation is successfully booked and paid for, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 15–30 minutes.
This includes your booking ID, date, time, doctor details, and consultation mode.

E-Prescriptions & Digital Files

After your consultation, the doctor may issue an e-prescription or medical note.
Prescriptions are generally delivered to your registered contact (email or WhatsApp) within 30 minutes to 2 hours of the consultation.
In case of delay, please reach out to our support team.

Lab Reports & Health Checkups

Reports for blood tests, diagnostic imaging, or checkup packages are delivered digitally within 24 to 72 working hours, depending on the nature of the test.
Some complex reports may take longer, and you will be informed accordingly.

3. Mode of Delivery

We offer digital and informational delivery of services through the following channels:

Email: For formal records like prescriptions and lab reports
WhatsApp/SMS: For quick access, reminders, and confirmations
Phone Call: For guidance, support, or in case of technical issues
In-Person Pickup: Available for printed health reports or checkup slips (optional)

Currently, we do not ship any physical products (like medicines or medical devices). If we introduce physical shipping in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

4. Accuracy of Contact Details

It is the responsibility of the patient/user to ensure their contact details are accurate. Please double-check the following while booking:

Email address
Mobile number
Full name
Appointment type and timing

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of reports or appointment-related communication.

5. Delivery Delays and Limitations

While we strive to maintain the fastest possible delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

Server or software issues
Technical glitches in third-party platforms
National holidays or local lockdowns
Medical emergencies or delays in diagnosis

In case of delay:

You are encouraged to contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp.
We will make every effort to resend the required document or communication immediately.
Refunds are not provided for delays unless the service remains undelivered despite valid payment and follow-up.

6. Missed Deliveries and Recovery

If you have not received your e-prescription, report, or confirmation:

Check your email spam folder or blocked WhatsApp messages.
Contact us within 24 hours of the consultation or expected delivery.
We will re-send the file after verifying your identity and order details.

We are not responsible for failures caused by:

Incorrect contact details
Network issues on the user’s end
Blocking of our number/email

However, we’ll still do our best to assist you with recovery.

7. Change in Delivery Preferences

You may request changes in delivery mode, such as:

Switching from email to WhatsApp (or vice versa)
Requesting a physical copy (if available at the clinic)
Sharing with a family member or caregiver (with your consent)

We honor such requests if received within 12 hours of consultation and if technically possible.

8. Delivery of Health Checkup Packages

If you book a health checkup package:

You will receive a voucher or appointment confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
The confirmation includes date, time, tests included, and location details.
You are expected to visit the clinic or diagnostic partner at the scheduled time.
Reports will be sent digitally unless requested otherwise.

For at-home sample collection (if applicable in your area), our team will coordinate with you to confirm address and time.

9. International Delivery

Our services are currently offered only within India. We do not ship or deliver services or reports internationally. However, Indian users residing abroad may access teleconsultations digitally if payment and communication methods are compatible.

10. Order Completion and Delivery

A service is considered successfully delivered when:

You have received the appointment or report at your registered contact.
You have been consulted and received your prescription.
The health checkup or lab test has been completed and results shared.

Once delivery is complete, refunds or changes are not permitted except under exceptional conditions as per our Refund Policy.
