2. General Conditions for Refund Eligibility
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, you must inform us within a reasonable timeframe. Refund eligibility will depend on how far in advance you notify us.
For example:
For online or teleconsultation appointments, you should inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
For in-person consultations, cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
For diagnostic health checkups, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
If cancellation or rescheduling is done within the appropriate notice period, your refund request will be considered valid and processed accordingly.
3. Refund Timing and Process
All refund requests will be reviewed and processed after the scheduled appointment or service time has passed, and only if the order has been marked as completed in our backend system. Refunds will not be processed before that.
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once your refund is processed successfully.
4. No-Show Policy
If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment, whether online or in-person, and fails to notify us in advance, the appointment will be marked as a ,No-Show.
In case of a no-show:
No refund will be issued.
The appointment cannot be rescheduled.
This policy helps maintain respect for the doctor’s time and efforts.
5. Cancellation by Clinic
In rare cases, Dr. Satyam Leekha Clinic may need to cancel or reschedule a patient’s appointment due to unavoidable reasons such as doctor emergencies, technical issues, or operational requirements.
If the clinic cancels your appointment:
You will be notified via SMS, phone call, or email.
You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
If you do not wish to reschedule, a full refund will be processed after the scheduled time has passed and the appointment is marked complete.
6. Health Checkup Refund Conditions
Health checkup packages are carefully planned services that may involve lab tests, home sample collection, or in-clinic diagnostics. If you wish to cancel a health checkup booking, it must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
Once a health checkup service has started (such as sample collection or lab test initiation), no refund will be issued.
If the cancellation is made within the required time and the lab process has not started, the refund will be processed after the scheduled service time, and after at least one hour has passed.
7. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request a reschedule instead of canceling.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least:
6 hours in advance for online consultations,
12 hours for in-clinic appointments,
24 hours for diagnostic checkups.
Rescheduling is allowed only once for each booking. If you fail to attend the rescheduled appointment, the payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
8. Exceptions to Refund
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
You fail to attend the appointment without prior notice.
You cancel the appointment after the minimum cancellation window.
You are dissatisfied with the advice but the consultation was completed.
Internet or technical issues from your end in case of a teleconsultation.
Misuse or abuse of the refund system by repeated cancellations.
However, we are always open to listening. You may contact us if there are genuine circumstances such as hospitalization, emergencies, or family incidents.

10. Final Decision on Refunds
All refund decisions are made by the clinic’s management after reviewing your request. Our decision will be final and binding. We aim to act fairly in every case and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
